Easy Tuna Salad


  • 1 low sodium – 6-oz can of tuna
  • 1/4 small sweet onion, chopped fine
  • 1/2 medium diced tomato
  • 1 tbsp low-fat mayonnaise
  • 1/2 jalapeño, fine diced (remove seeds)
  • 1/2 tbsp of lime juice


Make sure to drain water from tuna. Using a medium to small size bowl, mix tuna with tomato, mayonnaise and onion. Add jalapeno small amounts at a time using less for a milder taste, mix well. Add lime juice and serve.
