Easy Tuna Salad
Ingredients:
- 1 low sodium – 6-oz can of tuna
- 1/4 small sweet onion, chopped fine
- 1/2 medium diced tomato
- 1 tbsp low-fat mayonnaise
- 1/2 jalapeño, fine diced (remove seeds)
- 1/2 tbsp of lime juice
Directions:
Make sure to drain water from tuna. Using a medium to small size bowl, mix tuna with tomato, mayonnaise and onion. Add jalapeno small amounts at a time using less for a milder taste, mix well. Add lime juice and serve.
