Traditional Chicken Salad
Ingredients:
- 3 cups skinless chicken breast
- 3 tbsp low fat mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 cup celery
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Cut chicken breast into bit size cubes/pieces. Cook chicken in skillet over medium heat until cooked fully then refrigerate.
Chop celery fine, mix together with chicken and other ingredients in a large bowl. Mix well and serve.
