Walnut Sugar Snacks
Ingredients:
- 3.5 cups walnut (halved)
- whites of 2 eggs
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 4 tbsp. sugar
Directions:
Using foil line a baking sheet and coat with non-stick spray. Preheat oven to 375 F. Combine egg whites, salt and sugar in a medium size pan and mix/beat together. Add walnuts and mix thoroughly until coated. Best to split the walnuts up into 2 or 3 separate piles then coat. Place the nuts into the foil tray and bake for 20 minutes. Stir occasionally. Once nuts are to desired darkness remove from tray while hot and place in serving dish. Let cool before serving.
