- 1 avocado
- 1/8 teaspoon hot sauce
- 1/2 cup fat-free sour cream
- 1 1/2 teaspoons chopped onion
Peel pit and mash avocado in small to medium size bowl. Add sour cream, hot sauce and onion. Mix well and chill.
Serve with favorite low calorie snack including plain tortilla chips or favorite vegetable slices.
