Chunky Artichoke Spread


  • 1 cups of artichoke hearts
  • 2 cups of spinach (chopped)
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1/2 cup of white beans,
  • 1/2 tablespoon of black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon of minced thyme
  • 1/2 tablespoon of minced parsley
  • 1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup sour cream (preferably low-fat)


In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients.
Pour into oven safe dish
Bake for 30 minutes at 350
