Orange Roast Chicken


  • 4 chicken breast (For best results use skinless)
  • 1 clove chopped garlic
  • 1 teaspoon chopped rosemary
  • 1/2 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • Dash of lime juice
  • Fresh pepper to taste


While oven preheats to 450 degrees, very lightly coat a baking pan with cooking spray. Lightly coat with oil then using garlic rub each chicken breast. Sprinkle with rosemary and pepper. Place chicken in baking dish. Pour orange juice and lime juice over the chicken and bake for 25-30 minutes. Turn chicken, return to oven for about 10-12 minutes. Make sure chicken is cooked thoroughly. Baste using orange juice in bottom of dish while cooking to prevent from drying. Serve hot.
