Spanish Style Rice and Chicken


  • 2 1/2 cups chicken breast
  • 4 cups cooked rice
  • 1/4 cup green peppers
  • 1/2 cup onions
  • 2 tsp vegetable oil
  • 8 oz tomato sauce
  • 1 tsp parsley
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic minced


Chop chicken into bite size pieces and cook fully. Chop parsley and onions fine.
Using a medium size skillet, cook onions and green peppers over medium heat in vegetable, oil for 4-6 minutes.
Combine tomato sauce and other spices to skillet and heat. Add cooked chicken and rice and heat to desired taste.
