Spicy Egg Drop Soup
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups chicken broth
- 1 medium egg
- 1 oz sliced sandwich ham (chopped)
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp celery (chopped)
- 1 tsp green onion (chopped)
- Garlic powder, pepper and salt (each to taste)
- Tabasco sauce (to taste)
Directions:
In a medium saucepan, combine chicken broth, soy sauce, ham, and veggies. Heat to simmer and let cook for 1 minute. In a separate bowl, beat the egg. While stirring the broth, slowly pour in the egg. When you see ribbons form in the soup, it is done.
