- 3.5 cups shredded cabbage
- 1 or 2 carrots
- 1 or 2 apples
- 2.5 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 sugar substitute (Splenda)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Chop apples and carrots into thin slices. Using a medium to large size bowl mix cabbage, carrots, apples oil and sugar substitute.
Using a separate smaller bowl mix vinegar, salt and pepper. Combine together and mix well. Chill in refrigerator for about 2 to 3 hours until chilled completely.
